QUIKJET values its reputation as a company that maintains the highest standards of ethical business conduct and corporate social responsibility, and as one that treats its Vendors and Service Providers with honesty and integrity. QUIKJET strives to promote stable, sustainable, long-term relationships with its vendors and other business partners based on the principles of mutual trust and fair dealing. Accordingly, QUIKJET requires its vendors and Service Providers, as a condition of doing business with QUIKJET, to conduct their businesses in a lawful and responsible manner and to adhere to the following code of conduct that QUIKJET believes in as an article of faith:

Vendors and Service Providers shall:

• Conduct their business in compliance with all laws and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain records of all business information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting all business transactions including those required to be sent to regulatory authorities
• Ensure that the products sold/services provided to QUIKJET do not violate the patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third person or entity
• Not disclose to any third party at any time whatsoever any financial, commercial, technical, proprietary or otherwise confidential information about QUIKJET, its business, customers or its employees, which may come to the knowledge of the Vendor or Service Provider while providing any product or service to QUIKJET.
• Not speak to any media representative or the press or any other agency on business relations with QUIKJET or any internal affairs of QUIKJET unless expressly requested by QUIKJET
• Not give any gifts or inducement to QUIKJET employees unless the gift is of a commercial nature that is normally given to business associates. Vendors/Service Providers shall also not entertain employees of QUIKJET unless the QUIKJET employee is required to be a present for mutual business interests when a manufacturer, dealer, representative or a commercially important person needs to be entertained. Any such entertainment shall be reported to QUIKJET’s management
• Shall not make any offer of employment to any employee/representative of QUIKJET or in any manner influence or induce any employee/representative of QUIKJET to join an associate or a competitor
• Not have any dealings with an employee/representative of QUIKJET, or immediate family members of such an employee/representative of QUIKJET, who has a financial interest in the business of the Vendor/Service Provider (unless such interest is that of an ordinary share holder of a public company)
• All business dealings with QUIKJET shall be with the authorized representative of QUIKJET and no Vendor/Service Provider shall directly deal with any other employee of QUIKJET on official business matters
