Captain Preetham Philip, the Chief Executive officer of Quikjet has the unique distinction of being the longest serving accountable manager in the history of commercial Indian aviation. He is a keen aviator with over 35 years of aviation experience. He is an experienced offshore pilot and has since taken up management roles in the aviation businesses. He has to his credit, been one of the founding members of India’s first low-cost passenger airline and start-up team of Deccan 360 cargo airlines as well as starting up of the cargo airline-K Mile in Thailand. He had successfully established the first successful Heli pilgrimage passenger flights at the famous Vaishno Devi shrine. When he is not looking after matters at Quikjet he can be found chasing his favourite hobby of fresh water and deep-sea angling and has many large catches to his credit.

Mathew has a Techno Commercial aviation career spanning over 33 years across various domestic and international Airlines. He started his professional Engineering career with a public sector aviation company, Over the years he has worked with various airlines with fleets consisting of wide and narrow body aircraft including turbo props and helicopters.

Ganapathi Joshi is qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary having more than 20 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Accounts, MIS, Taxation and Compliances. Ganapathi Joshi has worked with IT/ITES, Construction and Service Industry. Prior to joining Quikjet, he was designated as AVP – Delivery in a MNC Consulting firm. His interests include tracking corporate news, reading, writing, travel, and trekking.

Vijaya Menon has an aviation career in Commercial and marketing communications spanning over two decades. She handles the Commercial, communication and customer relations function at Quikjet. Her interests include dabbling in art and social causes.

Capt Prashant Singh Bararia has an aviation career as a pilot spanning over three decades. His flying experience on the B 737 family of aircraft is from the classic B 737-400 to the B 737 MAX. He is a qualified Instructor and Designated Examiner with 16,000 hours. He is well known for his flight operations technical expertise on the Boeing 737 aircraft. His interests include Scuba Diving (Master Diver), and is an avid motorbiker, certified paraglider pilot & glider pilot.

Lt Cdr Reuben S Jones (Retd) is a retired Naval Officer having experience in naval aviation and surface operations. His niche area involves strategy consultation and implementation. As an aviator, navigator and as a mechanical engineer, he has taken up various appointments and has represented the country in diplomatic missions. Worked in MRF Ltd, is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and Indian Air Force Academy (AFA). He is a musician and a sports enthusiast.

Gabriel David has an aviation career spanning over two decades with cargo, ramp and terminal operations. He is a seasoned management professional , a certified load planner on the Boeing Family of 737 Classics , NGs, passenger and freighter versions including the wide body aircrafts of the B777s and A330s & A340s. This helps him to guide his team towards improved safety and operational efficiency. He is well known to maintain his calm in the eye of the storm and often called the ICEMAN amongst friends. He enjoys music and takes off for long drives over the weekends.

Pratibha Sengupta brings in wide-ranging experience of over 18 years with both the Civil Aviation Regulator (DGCA, India), where she served as an Asst. Director of Airworthiness - Consultant and prior to that in the industry with Scheduled Airline Engineering teams. Her expertise spans Quality Control, Technical Services, Continuing Airworthiness Management, Quality/Safety Audits, Incident Investigation, Project Management, Aircraft Delivery / Redelivery, Airworthiness Oversight of aircraft maintenance and airworthiness management through various Audits and Surveillance activities both from the regulator and operator standpoint. She is Level 1 type trained on A-320, ATR 72-212 , B737- 400 and B 737-800 aircraft. A strong team player, Pratibha is both target-oriented and process-driven . She enjoys time with her family and spends time pursuing hobbies with them.

Wg Cdr Vinodhan has 35 years of experience in the aviation Industry. His areas of expertise include Airline Safety Management, Aircraft Maintenance& MRO and Setting up Non- Scheduled Airlines. He has held prestigious international assignments such as Aviation Adviser to the Nambian Defence Forces for Setting up an Aviation Base and Consultant to IATA for Asia-Pacific region. He holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from IIT Kharagpur and M Tech in Aerospace from Institute of Advance Technology, Pune. He is an avid Marathon runner with ten Mumbai marathon and six International marathons to his credit. As a Sustainability enthusiast, he can be seen volunteering for Rain Water Harvesting in communities affected with water stress.
